The primary aims of this policy are to:

Establish clear responsibilities and expectations for all users of the Rescoping Education website to ensure the safety of children and vulnerable adults.

Provide a clear framework for addressing safeguarding concerns, ensuring all reports receive prompt and effective attention.

Provide users with the knowledge and tools to promote their own safety and well-being while using our services.

Detail the preventative measures we have in place to minimise risk and protect all users from harm, discrimination, and inappropriate behaviour.

Adhere to the principles and guidelines outlined in this policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Immediately report any safeguarding concerns, illegal activity, or complaints to Rescoping Education via info@rescopingeducation.com.

In the event a user provides information of concern, including but not limited to safeguarding issues, illegal activity, or inappropriate content, by email, we will treat this as a formal report. We will act promptly to investigate all such reports in accordance with the procedures outlined in Clause 6 (Handling a Reported Breach) and will cooperate with relevant authorities as required.

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from our services.
